MASAI SCHOOL BUSINESS MODEL

Masai School is a job-oriented software training service which offer courses in Android development, full-stack development, and web development.

STORY BEHIND THE IDEA MASAI SCHOOL

Prateek, the CEO of Masai School, was previously the co-founder and CEO of home rental startup Grabhouse. Later, he worked as the business head for Quikr, which acquired Grabhouse in an all-stock deal in November 2016. Grabhouse raised $10Million from the likes of Sequoia Capital, Kalaari Capital, and India Quotient.

Nurpil, the CTO, is a chemistry major from IIT-Kanpur. Prateek’s senior at IIT-K, he was a tech at multiple firms before he started teaching and orchestrating the stack at Masai School. Prateek met Yogesh, Senior Vp of Masia School, through his wife, Yogesh now handles strategic alliances and program design.

The trio met in March 2019, and after spending a couple of months of brainstorming, launched coding Bootcamp Masai School in June 2019.

MASAI SCHOOL PROGRAMS

1. r-Program: Which required no prior coding skills.

Courses- Full Stack Development & Android Development.

For- Students & Working Professionals.

Minimum-CTC guaranteed Rs 5 LPA.

Tuition- Course fees Payment Rs 1.5 Lakh + GST or Rs 0 upfront + ISA Rs 2.5 Lakh + GST

Time To Complete- 24-30 weeks.

2. i-Program: Which required Basic Data Structure & Algorithms Knowlege required.

For- Students and Working Professionals.

Courses- Software Development.

Minimum-CTC guaranteed- Rs 8 LPA.

Tuition: Course fees Payment RS 2 Lakh+ GST or Rs 0 upfront + ISA Rs 3 Lakh + GST.

Time- 24 weeks.
