Udaan is a B2B eCommerce startup incorporated in June 2016 by three Engineers, udaan B2B eCommerce is designed to focus on small and medium businesses like retailers, traders, wholesalers and manufacturers in India. udaan provide the facilities to connect directly with manufacturers parties of interest and discus trade.

STORY BEHIND THE IDEA
Well being an ex. employee of flipkart, they understood the big game of India’s B2C retail industry. they realised that in small town of Bihar and UP did not have access to supermarkets or grocery for small retailers, traders shopping for big purchases meant traveling to near by big city. that inspired them and come up with a udaan business model.

UDAAN PAYMENT UPI CODE AVAILABLE NOW
UDAAN recently launched udaan pay QR code by partnered with YES Bank to launch the UPI payment service.
Now UDAAN joined the bridge of UPI payments for retail outlets, restaurants, and merchants.

FUNDING
In Sept 2018, udaan achieve Unicorn status, a private valuation of $1 billion.
In 3 years total $870 million from existing investors
